About Jubilee

This is our favorite event of the year!
Enjoy an adult-only evening of great food, beverages, and auctions featuring
amazing art by our Jefferson students-- and big-ticket items, too!

Frequently Asked Questions about Jefferson Jubilee:

What is Jefferson Jubilee?
Jefferson Jubilee is our annual art fundraiser and silent auction at JES. It helps us fund the PTA
so we can purchase technology and supplies for our students-- and spoil our teachers.

When is it?
Jefferson Jubilee is Friday, April 5th from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Westover Hills Presbyterian Church's Fellowship Hall.
See the FaceBook event for photos and updates: https://www.facebook.com/events/599344390528284/

How much does it cost?
Tickets are $25 for an individual, $50 per couple,
or $75 per family (one couple and one pair of grandparents or special friends tickets.)
Current teachers and their guests are free. Buy tickets here.

Want to contribute more to JES and Jubilee? We have plenty of sponsorship opportunities!

Should I go?

Can I bring my kids?
No. This is our one event of the year that is adults only.
But, please extend the invite to grandparents and special friends and members of our surrounding community!

What can I expect to buy there?
Each class creates a piece of priceless art! We also have great silent auction items
(think restaurant gifts cards, jewelry, more art!) as well as teacher experiences (who doesn't want to be principal for the day?)

The live auction items are not to be missed!
This year we'll have a casserole a week for a year from Catering to You, a gorgeous cabin in Heber Springs, and so much more!

A crowd favorite is the raffle for the $1,000 gift certificate to Cecil's Fine Jewelry!
Buy raffle tickets here-- one for $10 or two for $15!

Can I be a sponsor?
Yes. The levels of sponsorship are:
Stars, Stripes, Red, White & Blue
